HB-iV Legal Services was set up in the back drop to the Covid pandemic and the Whiplash reforms. The aim was to bring extensive claims industry knowledge to the investigation / statement taking industry to assist new and old businesses alike that need experts in the field.

HB-iV Legal Services is a trading style of HB-iV Ltd. The aim of the company is to accomplish a planet friendly work platform in all projects it undertakes.

HB-iV Legal Services will endeavour to make only necessary and carbon neutral journeys, Where ever possible statements will be taken via video link rather than in person. Its offices uses the greenest energy possible and looks to recycle and up cycle wherever possible. For every job completed HB-iV will plant a tree with the instructing company getting a monthly log of the number of trees planted in their name.

Robert has worked in both a claimant and defendant operational capacity in the motor claims arena for over 30 years.

From defendant insurer at Bradford Pennine to claimant representative at a number of leading Law Firms. Rob went on to be Claims Manager at Plantec Holdings the motorcycle hire and repair specialist. Latterly Rob co-founded Total Claims Solutions (UK) Ltd in 2013 and was the main operational point of contact.
